Steelhorn Studios — A Vision for the Future of Production

NOW IN DEVELOPMENT SHS · 2026
A STEELHORN STUDIOS PRODUCTION NO. 001 / FILM I
A NEW ERA OF PRODUCTION

Where vision becomes story. A next-generation entertainment studio campus, designed to redefine modern filmmaking — from script to screen, under one roof.

SCROLL
I. Manifesto

We don't build soundstages. We build the conditions for great work.

Steelhorn Studios is a vision for what a modern entertainment studio should be — not a renovated warehouse, not a distant outpost, but a purpose-built ecosystem designed from first principles for the way films, series, and stories are actually made today.

Every soundstage, every suite, every shop, every square foot — engineered for the entire arc of storytelling. From the first writer's room conversation to the final color grade. From a quiet preview screening to a full virtual production capture. The friction that defines so much of modern filmmaking, eliminated by design.

We are building a destination. A place creators choose because nowhere else lets them work this well, this fast, with this much craft. A place that earns its name.

II. The Campus

A Tour of the Building.

Five spaces. Five purposes. One unified philosophy: the room shapes the work, so the room must be designed with intent.

i. The Grand Lobby

A First Impression That Earns the Pitch.

Two stories of polished concrete, weathered leather, and brushed steel. The first thing a director, an executive, or a writer sees when they arrive — and the last thing they remember when they leave.

VI. The Right Home

We're Looking for the Right Partner State.

A studio of this caliber doesn't belong everywhere. We're evaluating opportunities with regions that bring vision, infrastructure, and the political will to invest in long-term creative industries.

i

Competitive Incentives

A film and entertainment incentive package competitive with Georgia, Louisiana, and New Mexico. Production rebates, wage credits, and infrastructure tax abatement.

ii

Diverse Locations

Within a two-hour drive: coastline, urban skylines, historic districts, rural backcountry, and varied climates. The wider the geography, the wider the productions.

iii

Workforce & Education

Technical colleges, universities, and trade schools willing to partner on apprenticeships and curriculum. The crew of the next twenty years gets trained somewhere — let it be home.

iv

Infrastructure & Logistics

An interstate-connected site within ninety minutes of an international airport. Reliable utilities. A port or freight rail nearby. Cinema is a logistics business.

v

Storytelling Heritage

A region with cultural depth, narrative texture, and a tradition worth telling. The best films have always been rooted in real places. We want to honor one.

vi

Strategic Positioning

Equidistant from existing production hubs — Atlanta, the Northeast, the Gulf — to function as a strategic anchor for the surrounding production corridor.

VII. The Roadmap
